When we say we build and remodel the finest quality homes, we mean it. And we back it up with an outstanding 4+6+12 Year Dunlap Extended Limited Warranty*. This far exceeds the typical Florida home builder or remodeler warranty.
How our warranty works:

All our work is warranted to be free from material or construction defects for 4 years.

Much of our work is warranted to be free from material or construction defects for 6 years.

Our remodeling and custom homes are warranted to be free of structural defects for 12 years.
We offer our unusually long limited warranty because we know the high quality and craftsmanship we build in. It is so good that we rarely get warranty calls. Perhaps contractors offering shorter warranties are not as confident in the quality of their work.
Why accept anything less than the Dunlap Extended Limited Warranty?
*Naturally, damages caused by abuse, improper use, fire, storms, floods, vandalism, acts of god, normal wear and tear, etc. are not covered under our extended limited warranty.
